"A friend of mine passed recently.She had prearranged and paid for her services years ago.She had put it in writing that her estranged daughter was not allowed to be present during her services. Not only did they allow her to be there, standing right by the coffin, but told her son and sisters the would be removed if THEY approached the casket! Clearly violating the contract they had signed with my friend.This was abhorrent to me, as her son and especially he daughter in law had bore the full weight of her care during her awesomely courageous battle with cancer."
