"Once again, this company has created another problem for my family. The cemetery manager had our bench removed from my family’s grave site without being notified. We were permitted to use this bench after this company did not provide the bench I purchased from them. (It was also an effort to get my money refunded.) My parents are buried at Forestlawn Gardens in Anniston. I do not recommend doing business with this company."

"Never fun planning a loved one's funeral, but Crestwood made things as easy as possible. Then, the morning of the funeral, the employees were very helpful - there when needed, but not intrusive."

"The abysmal level of upkeep of the facilities - particularly the cemetery is not only ridiculous and inexcusable but disrespectful to the dead. Roads that would have you think you are driving in a war torn country. Shrubbery and trees growing over graves. It’s sad that they are fine with making people pay thousands of dollars then disregarding their resting place."
