"My late great grandmother’s service was held at this Memory Chapel. The service was lovely, and the burial, the day of, was smooth. Since then, the funeral home has continued to drop the ball. The funeral director, neglected to sign her death certificate prior to releasing it to the state. This negligence has caused a persistent, and unnecessary struggle in setting my great grandmother’s estate. It has been over a month since she was buried, and no grass has been placed over her grave. This not only feels disrespectful, it is disrespectful. Losing a loved one is already a hard time, and it is expected that funeral professionals do their job properly. This is an incredibly sensitive profession, that requires the utmost dedication, and education. These seem to be lacking at this location, as no one could be bothered to even issue an apology for their negligence. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, and the slow nature of this business. This has not been a smooth, or easy process; all because one person couldn’t even perform the most basic functions, such as signing a document. I am beyond disappointed, and beyond perturbed by this funeral service provider. I would not recommend this business at all."
