"The person that was suppose to be handling my mother's cremation just left without saying anything. I am trying to communicate and end up having to go in to office to find out that person was no longer working with them. Then I asked the funeral home if they would call me immediately and let me know when the cremation process had been done. Was sitting here waiting and waiting.... tried contacting them a couple of times. I finally get the information nearly 2 months later that my mom was cremated already. I am so hurt and disappointed with how poorly my feelings were treated. Why did they not tell me? I find out almost 2 months later."
