"This clinic is running an up charge SCAM. We were quoted $290 for leaving 2 dogs for a holiday weekend. Upon pick up, they ask for $700. They gave each dog 2 vaccinations we were not told about, much less okayed. We agreed to pay half after they attempted to hold our dogs for ransom. When they ran the card they attempted to add another $200, I suppose hoping we wouldn’t notice."

"My baby (Samantha) was hit by an AOG driver last week and my entire world fell apart. It was a complete nightmare. I was bawling my eyes out, Sami was in shock and we were both covered in blood. I have never been so scared in my entire life. I had never been there before a day in my life but I live close by and needed help immediately so I brought Sami in and I am so unbelievably amazed on how they didn't waste any time at all. Two ladies practically ran out to our car and helped me immediately!! One of the ladies took her back while the other explained to me every single thing they were going to do at the same time calming me down. Without a dime up front they saved my baby's life and for that I am forever greatful to him and his amazing staff members and yesthe bill is higher than expected are our pets lives not worth it?? I'll get to bring her home soon and that's something I would never have got to do if it wasn't for them so thank you guys for everything your doing for my baby. You truly are amazing."
