"We lost our fur baby on 7/20/24. He was cremated on 7/23 and hand delivered back to us today, 8/4. The compassion and care that we received is truly unmatched. They also gifted us his paw print and a gold easel to hold it, flower seeds to plant in his memory, and a name tag. We are so grateful for everything during this extremely difficult time. Also, a big thank you to Jeramey for being so kind and for great communication upon arriving with our baby."

"I had to say goodbye to my amazing dog, Summer, earlier this month, and the vet office uses Only Cremations. I received a beautiful package, including a locked wood box, paw imprint, heart shaped tag with her name, and flower seeds with a touching poem. What a wonderful way to honor my beloved dog. While I am still heartbroken I appreciate the compassion shown in the obvious care that was taken to put this together."

"Im deeply saddened to write any review as the last thing on my mind is reviewing a cremation service for my dog. My dog died tragically and not in a great way. I brought him in the middle of the night to a vet nearby my house, he had already passed. I paid $300 and asked, through tears, what was included. I told them I needed a clipping of his fur. He was a pomeranian. He was my best friend. I was told I would get this. 4 people were with me. They all heard this exchange. The day comes and his ashes are returning to me, not only did they not give me his fur, his collar is now missing. I called the vet, I called the cremation place, both parties are blaming the other. No one knows where his collar is, no one can tell me why they didnt cut his fur. Both places promised to call me back and its been days, almost a week. I have heard nothing. I miss my dog and am in a deeply bad place. Obviously the fur is too late, but his collar needs to be found or someone needs to take responsibility. I am not asking much. This is extremely difficult for me."
