"I called to inquire about cremation prices for a fee family member. The man that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. Didn't answer the phone in a professional manner. Didn't state the name of the crematory. All I got was "uuuh hello?". Didn't like being asked questions about their crematory, or the certification required for their operators. As a CANA certified crematory operator myself and 15 year veteran in the death care industry, I expect places to be professional when talking to client families. I couldn't believe how uncaring this man sounded. I would never trust my lived one in their care."
