"One of the most difficult times in life is when a loved one passes. But no one prepares you for how you are treated when you don't have a marriage license to prove you are family. We've spoken with Rebecca on three different occasions and each time she could not have been more rude, unfeeling and inconsiderate of someone's grief. I am appalled. I understand the next of kin rules. But please, the way you speak to someone and the tone of your voice speaks volumes. It's expected when you're dealing with someone's grief or death of their loved one, the person would show care, compassion and empathy for someone's loss. I can say from first hand knowledge Rebecca has shown us none of that. As I sit here with my mom who is in tears because she's just lost the love of her life, her whole life, her everything. You can say what you need to say without being rude and unfeeling."
