Bay Area Cremation - Stockton

"First off, the Bay Aerea Cremation Services were very helpful and professional. The remains were sent by USPS and we did receive them undamaged. We opted for the cremation service only. No service Just cremate the remains and send them to us. However, the pricing was not what their advertised price was. it was out of date. But when confronted with this the corporate office refunded our money. But they wanted $900.00 for me to view my son's body. I understand that the body isn't cleaned or spruced up for viewing. And I think that a $900.00. dollar fee just to kiss my fingertips to put on his forehead is GRIEF GOUGING."

"We're does one begin, from the initial phone call to check-in's letting us know that everything is okay and things are being processed. phone calls for quick questions emails to confirm acknowledgment. process was simple and easy we're very very grateful for BAC."
