"Leah Ann was awesome. She was very compassionate. As for other staff members ( CEO and Coleton )were rude uncaring. We were trying to make arrangements and all we could hear was laughing and business we shouldn’t have heard. They put etiquette on their website for people and the two people couldn’t follow their own rules. I’m sure my remarks will not be any more important than my daughters emotions were today. I made a mistake today by not going to Anglelus."
