"Opinion: Suddenly losing a fur-baby is never a good thing, but I am so glad we found A Paws in Time! Logan was professional, kind, and empathetic. Communication from inquiry to final pick-up was very responsive. The office is serene and you are brought into a private room to say your last physical goodbyes. Logan assures you have as much time as you need. You really feel as if your furry family member is in excellent hands and will be treated with respect. It is all very dignified. Logan$0027s parting words are that he "hopes he doesn$0027t have to see you again," but when the time comes, we will definitely use A Paws in Time again for our furry loved-ones."

"Opinion: I called their number in the evening because our guinea pig (Blackbean) passed away and Logan answered. I was expecting an answering service being after hours. He was so empathetic and genuinely kind. Explained everything thoroughly and had me bring her first thing yesterday morning. He greeted me at the door and made my experience the best ever, given the circumstances. He let me take my time with saying my goodbyes and was in no rush to get me out the door. You can tell him and his brother genuinely care about the families and aren$0027t just in it for the money. To me, he went above and beyond for me and our guinea pig. Thank you again, so much!"
