"Opinion: Rick did a great job helping my family prepare and make funeral arrangements for a viewing, mass, and burial service. He was always on time for all of the events and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. Rick is very friendly and easy to talk to. We also saved a lot of $ with his business compared to other funeral homes. I recommend Rick to anyone."

"Opinion: I would give a zero. I called to make arrangements and he was so unprofessional and took 7 times to get my zip code correct. Only does standard mail for paperwork. I was concerned about timing and he assured me my brother was in a cold freezer at the coroners office and he would still be in a cold freezer at his office if he was transported sooner than he could do cremation. No compassion and felt like I was on candid camera. I chose to find a new company to handle my brother."
