"Opinion: I was not impressed!! Never uploaded my grandfathers picture to his online obituary!! Gave ashes to someone who didn’t have permission on top of that they didn’t even call to check with my grandma to see if it was ok just believed the person there was no written permission nothing!!! Then the pamphlets this company made had my grandpas picture looking so horrible we are having to have them remade in a short notice I do not recommend this company unless you just simply don’t care!!!"

"Opinion: My husband and I set an appointment to put together a pre-plan. We arrived on time, and we were told to take a seat. There’s somebody had walked in ahead of us. Nothing else was explain. Just take a seat. 20 minutes later I went to the open door of the conference room, where I could hear talking, and tried to get the Affordable Cremations representative’s attention. No answer as though he was ignoring me. We left. About five minutes later he called us. I told him, so. This was very unprofessional to take somebody as a walk in ahead of an appointment. He then sarcastically said I’m sorry this gentleman‘s wife just died. I said well you did not explain that to us. You just left us to sit there after we had an appointment. Again, he sarcastically said I’m sorry I said well this is me hanging up on you. Extraordinarily unprofessional business!"
