"Opinion: Horrible. They were attentive when needing payment, emailed me a contract to sign and return. After that, magically, that same email "doesn$0027t get checked" after a dozen emails and voice-mails for 4 months while my mom$0027s remains sat there!!! "Appointment only" so nobody is available ever to answer calls or be at the office unless you are dropping off a check. They had told a relative that my mom$0027s remains were going to be "discarded " in a "community " burial location if I didn$0027t pick up today so I drove there anyway and someone finally answered told me no appointments available to pick up, but I went anyway. Never imagined how horrible a business could be."

"Opinion: Everyone here has been very nice and compassionate with my father’s cremation. I spoke with Richard the most and he’s always been very helpful and kind. I normally don’t leave reviews but felt I needed to considering how helpful they have been in this difficult time for me."
