Name: Marcela
"Opinion: Thank you for taking us under your wings, for guiding my family and I during our father’s passing (Victor Zavala Rodriguez). My family and I had never experienced a love ones passing and had no clue what to do or where to start. My dad passed in San Antonio but wanted to rest in Victoria. Angel Lucy’s was very kind, patient, and reassuring."

"Opinion: Complete lack of communication every step of the way. Everything that could possibly go wrong did. I made an appointments only to be forgotten, rescheduled and left outside for over an hour on the next appointment and then rushed as if they had somewhere better to be. We asked for an obituary to be put in the news paper and they DIDN’T do it."
