"Opinion: While everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, when we showed up to pick up my dog I got charged for a service that we didn’t not consent to. They cleaned my dog’s ears and my $100 bill for a rabies vaccine skyrocketed to a $170 bill for an ear cleaning! I don’t think this was right to do without my consent first considering it wasn’t a life threatening health situation. I will be researching other vets in the area to go to that are a bit more ethical—this felt like a money grab."
