"Opinion: I Can$0027t even get my pet in on emergency. I use to think this was the best vet around. Not anymore.. The lack of service in this area is pathetic! I waited over a week to get a call back, which I was told several times she$0027d call me back and nothing. Horrible service currently. I don$0027t like writing bad reviews but this time I feel people need to be aware that service has gone downhill big time since I last took my pets to this vet. You$0027re better off going to Animal medical center in Marquette where they will take on your animal immediately and provide the utmost professional care that you can find in the UP. Also AMC takes new patients. I was able to get my dog into AMC and they did a phenomenal job not much I can say good for Bayshore anymore."

"Opinion: I love this vet clinic!! They are so great at answering all my questions, are so friendly, and don’t charge too much. They’ve helped me to get my dog to lose weight, have done a surgery for her that came out great, and are super accommodating to me needing to leave her there for long periods due to me living in Houghton."
