"Opinion: I noticed a little tooth where the gum was swollen and the tooth was loose on my dog, Charlie. I called and the person on the phone was very kind and patient. I took him in for a dental appointment yesterday and to have the tooth pulled. I was very anxious about the process and outcome but everyone was very accommodating in relation to my questions. I really like the lady who always sits at the front. She’s funny and she always has a twinkle in her eye. She reminds me of the relative you always want to be there at your BBQ. I appreciated Dr. Becker patiently going over his findings with me when I went to pick Charlie up. We live in such a fast paced world, it’s not abnormal for businesses to be burnt out and so busy that they forget to take the time to treat their customers like humans. It’s a fresh breath of air when they do. I also love that they always call and follow up the next day to see how things are going."

"Opinion: They always took great care of us. Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. Medical advice was always good. Unfortunately we moved out of state but going to miss them. Something I didn’t realize until I moved away and tried a new vet, but I loved how quiet it was here. You don’t hear a bunch of dogs and cats barking and meowing like crazy in their kennels. The exam rooms are also large and clean. This just creates a much more calming environment for the animals."
