"Opinion: Terrible experience from the start, waited over 30 minutes for some one to meet me to so I could get my cat cremated, took almost two weeks to find out he was back and that was from me calling. Then two trips over to get him. Second trip waited well over 30 minutes for someone to bring him out to me and that was after I called in advance to make sure someone was here this time!! Definitely DONT recommend!!! Pay the extra and get the compassion you deserve!"

"Opinion: I would not recommend this facility, I left a blanket with my dog and I requested to have it back, I got a phone call today to tell me that my dog is ready to be picked up but they cremated the blanket with him because someone at that the facility decided it wasn’t in a condition that I would’ve wanted it back so without even a phone call to ask me,they decided to cremate it with the dog. I understand that the blanket probably got dirty and soiled I still would’ve chose to wash the blanket and keep it as opposed to having it discarded forever, and it wasn’t really anybody else’s decision it should’ve been left up to me. I didn’t get a decision I got told in the decision was made for me, I was expecting to get some thing back that was important. I think that was incredibly disrespectful and someone shouldn’t have to deal with something like this when they’re already dealing with the loss of a pet. Just because it’s some thing that you wouldn’t have wanted back or you didn’t care about doesn’t mean it wasn’t important to me. It belonged to my dog so it was priceless"
