"Opinion: Called to ask about mailing cremation ashes in the mail. Talked to Aaron and went in to meet him that same day . He was very patient, had a mailing box all folded and ready for me as well as the 4 special stickers (denoting human remains) needing to be attached to the package once it was sealed up, and he had the mailing label for Priority Mail. The staff was welcoming, informative and friendly, ready with everything I needed to send to my sister so she could mail my moms ashes to me so I could take them to the family plot in Pennsylvania. Very gracious for your help with this sensitive task."

"Opinion: Worked with David and he made our devastating circumstances as smooth and pleasant as possible. He was well coordinated and truly let the family be in a position to focus on what’s important by handling everything in the background. Thank you David and Bustard & Jacoby Funerals."
