"Opinion: Just a little disappointed in the quality of the clay paw print of our cat. For what we paid for the cremation, which is way higher than any other place we have used, I expected something better. The clay is still wet, and smeared on the frame around the print and on the box edge and the front of the box. The box itself is dented and wrinkled. I don$0027t want to even display it. The paw print itself is sloppily done and too deep in the clay, distorting the print. It is also stained and scratched. Besides that, for almost $300, it would have been considerate to include a name plate for the box the ashes came in. For under $200, we have always gotten that with the company we usually go through in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, we didn$0027t have a choice, because our cat passed away on a Saturday and no vet around us would help us and we didn$0027t have a place to store him until they opened again. So we had to travel over an hour each way, got charged an emergency room visit fee and the high cremation fee. I am upset and disappointed overall."
