"Opinion: This is a great company. The owner answered the phone the first time I called, and gave me all the information, and answers to my question right then. He explained everything, including why he is able to do this for less than a funeral home. He worked diligently to get the death certificate signed, as the hospital didn$0027t help any. I feel that he was straight forward and honest, knows his business, and was thorough with a sense of urgency and respect. He even helped me with advice on forms that I will need and possibilities for financial assistance. I would recommend Modest Cremation to anyone looking for direct cremation."

"Opinion: Matthew was put in an unusual situation with a lot of family dynamics going in different directions but was able to handle everyone and everything with such compassion. I am so grateful that I found him online and honestly after reading all the wonderful reviews and then speaking with him, knew he was the person that we all needed to handle this delicate matter."
