"Opinion: Conrad assisted us when our sweet girl passed away last week. Getting everything set up was a quick and easy process (texting him and filling out a form online). He responded within a few hours. We were able to drop her off the same day. Conrad was kind and compassionate with us during a very hard time. He even took the time to ask us a little about our baby girl. I hope we don$0027t need his help again anytime soon but when we do, we know where to go."

"Opinion: Conrad was so very nice when I contacted him on February 29th due to the unexpected passing of Dakota. He listened to me cry my way through my questions . And answered them all he also called me later that evening to see how we were doing . We took Dakota down on March 1 . Conrad made us feel welcome and told us what was going to be done and about how long it would take. We didn$0027t worry when we left Dakota as Conrad made us feel like Dakota was his number one concern. Conrad did a wonderful job with Dakota. We came from Herman MN. Thank You Conrad MaxineD. And Vern S."
