  "Opinion: No one wants to be in the position of losing a loved one and rating your experience. That’s why it took me a minute to gather the strength to write about it. I felt that I needed to share my experience to help others in need who may be looking for a place to help them with the care of their loved one. My mother passed away unexpectedly two months ago and we did not have a way to figure out if she had any life insurance so we had to make arrangements on our own and pay for her services. I was given Cremation Care of GA information by someone at New Birth. I spoke with Loleita who handled everything for our family. God could not have put us in better hands. She was very respectful, caring, and compassionate. I could really tell she loved what she does and valued how we were dealing with the loss of our mother and making sure our mother was taken good care of. The prices were very reasonable compared to other companies. They even offered payment plans and different burial options to choose from. If you are hesitant about finding a place to help you lay your loved one to rest. Give them a call so that you and your loved one can be at peace. May we all find the strength to move forward without our loved ones here."
