  "Opinion: When we were told my father in law would be moved to hospice and we would have to pull the plug on his life support, my husband and mother in law and I had never dealt with this process before. We were in Atlanta at Emory about 2.5 hours from home so I began researching facilities in that area and decided to call CSoA first. I never made another call to anyone else. Mr. Mike was so genuinely kind, compassionate, empathetic, and sympathetic to our family and our needs. I$0027m sure I called him at least a dozen times a day for several days asking questions and seeking advice during the week leading up to my father in laws passing. Once we came to the office to do the paperwork, Ms. Shantel was exactly the same as Mr. Mike, just as gentle and caring as could be. These folks really take care of your loved ones both living and deceased. They understand this process and how difficult it is. They do not try to sell you anything. They just listen to your needs and explain everything in full and make sure that you and your family come first. The preparation of my father in law was also a special scenario as he was full of experimental medical equipment that some crematoriums do not handle. Their facility was able to do this at no extra charge. CSoA goes above and beyond. I will never be able to thank you enough for everything your office and staff did for us during one of the most difficult things anyone has to go through. 10/10 totally recommend this business.
