"Opinion: My husband died unexpectedly in the early morning hours. I asked that Minnesota Cremation Society in Duluth handle his cremation. Their representative came immediately, in the middle of the night, and treated me with compassion at a very difficult time. When I went in to make final arrangements, I was again treated with caring and respect. They took care of everything for me, from notifying the proper government agencies to putting in his obituary. I have always considered myself to be a very independent and intelligent woman, however, when in the midst of grief, one’s brain doesn’t seem to work well. I don’t know what I would have done without the staff at Minnesota Cremation Society. They continued to check up on me even weeks later with offers of help. I greatly appreciate all they did for me."
