"Opinion: It is never easy when a family member passes but we found the process to be seamless at Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. They explained how the process worked and what to expect. Our family member did not want the traditional funeral service, nor the expense of a burial, and they gave us options that he would have approved of. I initially called to get pricing over the phone and the price remained the same even at the time of our visit. I would highly recommend them for your funeral needs."

"Opinion: Feels odd writing a review for this experience, because the experiences of needing their services was not great, but working with Reid at Cremation Society of the QC was wonderful. Somehow my mom, brother and I walked out with smiles on our face after discussing the passing of my dad. No one wants to need their services, it’s one of the hardest things, but they made that piece easier and we truly felt their support and guidance."
