"Opinion: At other vet clinics there may be one person that stands out and gives you the feeling that they genuinely care about every pet that visits but at critter sitters everyone gives you that feeling. It$0027s not just their wealth of compassion for your animals, but they make you feel like a friend as well. I$0027ve never been upsold or paid more than I was expecting. They truly exemplify the colorful small town spirit of Gunnison!"

"Opinion: I boarded our dogs for the first time and was told pickup was Sunday at 3:00. We also were told that due to the bridge outage, they realized it was an issue with pickup times and to call to pick up outside of the 3-5 timeframe. We arrived at 2:30, there$0027s no one at the business to answer the phone. Staff showed up at 2:45 and can$0027t help us. The owner comes around from the back, doesn$0027t even walk over to us, says pickup is 3:30 and it$0027s been that way for 20 years. It was so rude. I will not be coming back to a place that treats customers this way. Dog Cabin Resort in town is so much more customer friendly."
