  "Opinion: I would like to take a moment to express how my very first experience was with having to take care of the sudden death of my husband. I had no clue what to do The sheriff deputy coroner referred me to Diablo Valley cremations. I can truly say that, as soon as I walked in the door, I felt really comfortable. I met Robin who helped me with absolutely everything. My heart fell at ease with her. She was very kind very patient and very helpful, very passionate and very understanding. She allowed me to take my time with what I had needed to do. I had to order necklaces for the family and other things. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Having to go through this, she was absolutely awesome. In fact everybody there is very helpful very kind and soft-spoken and they definitely help you get through this time of sorrow and grief that you are going to go through. I actually had told my kids that when it becomes my time. I want them to take me there and have them take care of me, I rate them at 10+ they have even followed up with me to see and check on me to see how I am doing through my time of grief. I recommend them 100%."
