"Opinion: Worse experience EVER! Whoever answered the phones on June 8, 2024 around 9:00 am ish needs to find a job where care and compassion are not a part of the job description! You made the loss of my father 10 x$0027s worse that it already was Mr. Go find a job where you don$0027t have to interact with families on their worse day!"

"Opinion: I have had the privilege of working with Dave Dicken and staff both professionally as a clergyman and personally. I have been impressed and blessed when working with Dicken Funeral Home as they care and serve members of my parish family and wider community. I have been blessed by their services when my father and aunt died within a month of each other. I am grateful for their gentleness, integrity and experience in helping people at a time when folks are most vulnerable. Thank you!"
