  "Opinion: We highly recommend Direct Cremation Services of Virginia. We contacted them for a quote when dad was in hospice. Since their price was very reasonable and had a lot of good reviews, we decided to go with them when dad passed away. We are so glad that we did. They kept the same price as what they quoted us. They didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t ask for. The whole process was painless. We just needed to fill out a few forms through DocuSign, they took care of everything, including notifying social security administration (which was a huge relief considering the long wait time on SSA phone line recently). Douglas, the director, was highly responsive to our questions and requests. When we picked up the urn, the staff was very courteous and respectful. The urn and all the documents were well packaged. We appreciate Douglas and the entire team for making the process so smoothly especially during this difficult time. Thank you!"

  "Opinion: Everyone at the Direct Cremation Chantilly, VA office is wonderful! Eddie and Kip are very responsive and knowledgeable. They made it easy for me when making the final arrangements for my loved one. Additionally, I was very surprised when I received a “check up” text from their office after I picked up my loved ones remains. That was a very thoughtful and much appreciated gesture that warmed my heart. I definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of their services."
