Name: RS E
"Opinion: Initial contact was prompt, courteous, and professional. The next day, the Director discussed the arrangements we were making and was very clear asking us which items we wanted from them and helping me make decisions/choices. The Admin staff was very helpful, providing early resources of extra cards and sharing examples of what other people had done, to net an effective visitation display and a lovely keepsake handout for guest to take as a memory card. the service the day of went smoothly and flawlessly, in part because they offered us access to their facility the day before since it was available"

"Opinion: I want to thank everyone for everything they did for my family and my mother. They all went above and beyond for my family. Very professional, supportive and respectful. If I could rate higher than a five, I would. So, thank you Scott and team for everything! Carrie Bailey"
