  "Opinion: My mother had arranged and paid for her cremation in 2012. When I was going on a 3 week trip I called them to make sure their records reflected what she had paid for and just what the process looked like. Then when was in hospice I called again to see exactly what my sister and I needed to do and I thought we were pretty well set. After she passed on 9/30 I called a 3rd time to set up the appointment. When we got there we were greeted by the owner, although I had no idea Ed was the owner. After 15 minutes of questions and paperwork (and mind you our Mother had just died) I said that I didn’t understand why we were having to provide all this information and why didn’t he have my Mom’s file especially since I had called 3 times and made the appointment. He immediately shut me down, raised his voice and continued to talk over me repeatedly after he got her file."
