"Opinion: Thank you very much for the excellent attention to every detail surrounding our Sister$0027s passing. You all were very kind, respectful, and professional. You made me feel supported, comfortable and able to concentrate on the issues at hand…. I appreciated the time you gave me to discuss options presented to to me as they aligned with what she wanted for her final arrangements. I mostly appreciated that you followed through with everything I asked (including the picture of her Urn with the inscription). You worked so hard to stay connected with the Cemetary. I even had an issue uploading pictures to her Memorial page you made, and you were so kind to walk me through it and there were no delays with the posting of these precious memories. I highly recommend you all, Jim & Brian, and all the staff. Of course, I already knew you were good as we buried our Mom and Brother through your wonderful, caring Company."
