"Opinion: Haley was so kind and welcoming to me when I came to Faithful Pets to get some of my Lucy$0027s ashes put from her little urn into a keepsake necklace. She answered every question I had, including about pricing and catalogues, and showed compassion and interest in the stories I told her about Lucy (even when I cried right in the office). Nathan was efficiently quick taking care of it for me, and just as kind and careful giving me back my items. I plan on returning to FP when I can, to get a couple of their beautiful keepsakes from the shop. Thank you both so much for your kindness, empathy, and care for me and my pup. I fully appreciate what you do."

"Opinion: I’ve had the privilege of entrusting Faithful Pets with 1 of my beloved animals, and they$0027ve made the journey as seamless and compassionate as possible. The initial call is undoubtedly the most challenging step, but their kindness and dedication to supporting us through the grieving process is truly remarkable."
