  "Opinion: We were devastated by the very sudden loss of our Yorkie puppy. We took her to a (horrible) vet ER that was the closest to us in the middle of the night and she died. The ER pretty much rushed us through cremation paperwork without any details. I was in shock and grief, so when I came to my senses I called the ER the next day to get cremation info and the lady rudely told me to call Foster’s. It was almost 6:00 pm and I figured I would be leaving a voicemail, but surprisingly a sweet Foster’s employee named Haley answered the phone. She took her time advising me of the process and added in paw prints to the cremation order….the ER had NOT done that or given us the option. Haley was so kind and didn’t rush me off the phone even though she probably wanted to go home. We picked up her remains yesterday and I was blown away by the thoughtfulness of all the different items included. Foster’s helped ease our grief with the care they gave our girl and the kindness they showed me when I called. Thank you ❤️"

  "Opinion: The reasons why I have a 3 is because they did a hurry up job on my kitty. Usually there is a metal piece that comes with the urn. My beloved cat passed away the other day. Originally we wanted to do an aqua cremation bc you’re guaranteed your pets ashes with a metal piece and it’s better for the environment. Unfortunately natures pet loss would not return our multiple calls over night to come get our beloved cat which was sad because they have great reviews. Since my cat died at 1 am, me and my husband was forced by 9 am to take her somewhere else and this was the place we choose due to no communication from natures pet loss . On a positive note , we got her back the same day which was a little odd when we were told she be done by Friday which was two days later but okay , they were very nice to us when we walked in since we were a walk in customer , the urn was beautiful . The negative, like I mentioned we didn’t get a metal peice and just a paper of her cremation , we were charged for a nose print , even though they tried and wasn’t successful we still were charged and her paw prints were messy. It’s a lot of money spent. So my review is mixed. There were both positive and negatives regarding our experience . Me and my husband were appreciative of their kindness and how fast they took our cat in."
