"Opinion: Heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff at Gentle Pet Crossing for making the most difficult decision and moments of my life easier. The team as well as Dr. Gersten were incredibly empathetic and understanding. Dr. Gersten is so compassionate and caring she gave me so much time with Shyloh before she passed in my home and she handled it with the utmost respect and care as we said our final goodbyes. The staff was incredibly patient as I made decisions on her private aquamation and keepsakes. It’s such a personal service. They really understand what you are going through. My neighbor referred me as he had a terrific experience as well. I highly recommend this over the cold harsh and low value vet experience any day! @gentlepetcrossing"
