"Opinion: During the loss of our dear sweet sister Debbie. Gross staff members were all so helpful with all of the planning. Justin our director was very helpful and showed us compassion. Justin helped us to make our sister$0027s services very personal. She was dressed and looked so natural in the way she always looked. We were so grateful for everything and everyones hospitality that was shown during our loss. Thank You so much! Blessings sent. If anyone is looking for a wonderful caring place for a loved ones services. I recommend GROSS FUNERAL HOME IN HOT SPRINGS ARKANSAS!"

"Opinion: I would like to say thanks to Gross Funeral Home and especially to Justin! He was very respectful and helpful with very short notice. The death of my father was really unexpected and on top of that the doctors didn$0027t sign papers needed for him to cremate at the time he told us but he went above and beyond and stayed later so we could have my dad the same day he told us. The family really appreciates all the help and professionalism we received! Thanks again Justin!!"
