  "Opinion: Erika came to our house and helped us with the very difficult task of saying goodbye to our best friend. She was very patient and explained everything to us and made tge process as easy as possible. I was a complete wreck and it was obvious I wasn$0027t doing good, a couple days after she was here I received a sympathy card in the mail. It$0027s not just a job to her, she cares about the animals and the praople and makes the worse day of your life a little bit easier with her actions."
