"Opinion: Ideal has always taken care of my fur babies. We used to live in Richlands, and moved toward Verona area and still use this vet. Yes, it’s a drive, but well worth it. The entire staff is kind, caring, and very knowledgable. Thank you from the Dickey family and Luna, Cookie, Daisy, and our angel kitty, Whiskers, who we unfortunately lost last year!"

"Opinion: I had to urgently put my gerbil down because he was suffering. I called around and had a hard time finding a place that would euthanize a gerbil because most places don$0027t work with exotics. This vet typically doesn$0027t either, but they were so empathetic and agreed to help. I am so impressed and happy with the service. Everyone was so compassionate and professional. I will definitely be switching to this place. I have 3 cats that I have been taking to a closer vet but this place impressed me so much I want to start bringing my cats here as well. I will definitely be recommending this place. Unfortunately I don$0027t remember the doctors name that I saw, im not sure if she is the only one there or not. If you$0027re looking for a veterinarian I highly recommend trying this place."
