"Opinion: I was recommended to Illini Cremations by a nurse at the hospital when my father passed. It was very easy to fill out forms on their website. I had to call with some questions, they were very personable to chat with. Was very easy to have obituary posted by them, you fill out important details & they fill out the rest. They also sent me a rough draft of the obituary for me to edit before anything is posted. When it came time to receiving my father$0027s ashes, shipping was costly and it was a long drive for me to pick up, they worked out a plan with me to meet up half way. I$0027m extremely grateful to this family owned business, they were very kind, personable and understanding to me during this difficult time. Thank you 🩷"
