"Opinion: I can$0027t speak highly enough of how amazing the staff has been with my dog. She started going as a puppy and loves everyone there. Once she realizes where we are, she is so excited and practically drags me inside. She doesn$0027t mind getting a shot because she$0027s getting loved on from everyone. She$0027s a bullmastiff, so she$0027s not dainty, but once she$0027s there, she$0027s just like a tiny puppy"

"Opinion: My dog was so anxious and fought every bit of her checkup, but the staff at Lake Air never gave up! They listened to me and kept trying to get my baby through a very tough and dramatic visit. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind even though Leisl was so combative."
