"Opinion: The 2 Ladies that came to pick up our loved one were very prompt, extremely polite, and sensitive to our situation. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and would keep us informed as they went along about their process. Working with Curtis at the facility was wonderful as he was very professional and kind. He called me and walked me through each step of the process. The paperwork online was straightforward and easy to use. We purchased, though Leaf, a beautiful cherry wooden urn and he took the time to order a nameplate and asked us ahead of time where we wanted to nameplate placed prior to placing it."
