"Opinion: Horrible!!! Spent $250 on my dog. He is still experiencing the same issue 3 wks later. When I called to complain, and complain I did, I was greeted by the most unprofessional vet I have ever encountered. He tried to refer me to a specialist for skin issues for animals. Guess what he needed???? Anal gland expression!!! Something they advertise and specialize in!!! The Dr did not want to do it and when I confronted him, he hung up me!! Dr. Note owned this practice for so many years and this company has destroyed the goodwill and confidence that he gave his clients!"
