"Opinion: Once more, our puppy fell victim to a rattlesnake bite, but thanks to the prompt and efficient care she received, she was quickly on the mend. The staff were incredibly friendly and compassionate, the facility was spotless, and there were plenty of peaceful spots to relax away from other animals. Not only did they come in under the estimated cost, but they also took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment process and what we could expect."

"Opinion: The vet tech who discharged us went over everything with us in detail before we left so that we felt confident in the instructions to continue caring for our baby throughout her recovery at home. This one-on-one interaction meant so much to us during this stressful time. Our dog is also somewhat reactive in public settings, and both the vet and the vet tech described her as sweet, which means that she felt comfortable in their care despite her condition. We also never felt pressured to spend more money than necessary or to leave her overnight (which we were worried about the cost of). We were very pleased overall with her care!"
