"Opinion: Neptune society handled my father$0027s arrangements. They were great, everything was done in a timely fashion. The only problem was their facility has a weird smell to it. I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But the second time I came in the smell was very offensive. They should really look into it, not trying to be rude but it quite possibly was an employees breath"

"Opinion: When my grandmother died back in 2016, Neptune Society of Central CA (Fresno office) handled everything. Things went flawlessly. Their personnel were able to collect my grandma in less than 2 hours, and they took care of everything. I highly recommend them. I understand that there is a different organization that has a similar name (namely, "The" Neptune Society). I wonder if the ratings this company has received are a better reflection of the other company, given my positive experience with them."
