"Opinion: We were very pleased with the respectful and efficient service provided by Oregon Cremation Company from preplanning through pickup. Apparently this company is affiliated with Crown Cremation as the services after my mom passed only involved Crown. This didn$0027t detract from the excellent service, but it$0027s odd this was not evident from the beginning."

"Opinion: From my first call to them to when I picked up my husband$0027s ashes, every person showed me gracious compassion. Benjamin especially treated me as if I were a favorite aunt and made all the paperwork easy. The two people who came for my husband could not have been more caring. The woman who helped me when I picked up the ashes made me feel like this was the most important part of her day. It means so much."
