"Opinion: Our kitten, Umbra, was only 1 year old when we needed the services of Parsell$0027s. Everyone there was amazing. As soon as I talked to Bob on the phone, I was at ease, and he helped me navigate the details. When we arrived the next day, TJ and Tim greeted us and treated us with reverence, respect and compassion. They allowed us to say a prayer over Umbra and gave him some catnip for his journey. When we returned to bring him home, they gave us the bell from his collar, as it had survived the process."
