Peaceful Pastures also offered the option to select a different urn anytime in the future and will transfer cremains at no additional charge.   "Opinion: I can’t thank them enough for how they handled everything after the unexpected loss of my very first dog. He was truly my everything. We lost him NYE. I panicked because it was a holiday and they’d be closed for 3 plus days. I called & emailed with my frantic questions I forgot to ask. The owner himself emailed me back telling me he’d message the supervisor and assured me there was nothing to worry about. I also received a call immediately Monday morning from the office manager Jessica. She was patient, kind & truly amazing dealing with all of my questions even though I was basically crying hysterically. This review my be jumbled as I’m still upset and in shock. But they called to tell me my little baby was ready to come home. We just picked him up today. Hardest thing I’ve ever done. Totally surreal. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me ❤️ They also placed an order for 2 blown glass hearts that will contain his ashes. A surprise for my hubby. They will hang from our rear view mirrors so he can always be riding with us. They’re black & brown just like my baby 🤎🖤 Thanks again from the bottom of my heart 😊"
