"Opinion: We love this place. We have taken all of our fur babies here when they pass. They always make us feel so welcome and are gentle and caring with our sweet fur babies when the time comes. We have been using their services for many years, for our dogs and cats. They provide a beautiful wooden box for the pet ashes which is one of my favorite parts of using their service. They will even do nose prints, paw prints, and fur keepsakes. It means so much to have those little memomentos of our babies. When our large puppy dog passed they even came to pick her up and assisted in carrying her to the their van. They have been such a blessing. Highly recommend. We have used both locations, but usually go to the one by the James River Bridge off of Mercury Blvd."

"Opinion: The staff here are so kind and compassionate. Our beloved 12 year old dog passed away on Sunday and they were able to take care of her and help us through the difficult process."
